Over the second weekend in September, Citysafe Wholesale Ltd. attended the biannual MLA EXPO in Telford, England.
Visitor to the stand were able to view 1 hour fire safes tested and certified to EN 15659 LFS 60P, as well as units conforming to the S2 and EN 1143-1 standards. However what pleased the locksmiths the most was the number of safes that Salvus offer that have been tested and certified to both a fire and security standard. As if this was not enough, the icing on the cake as far as the locksmiths were concerned was that all the safes on display had been tested and certified by the ECB•S testing institution in Germany . One customer who visited the stand commented that “The ECB•S certification mark means that the safe has been certified by the ESSA, meets the requirements of the relevant European standard and has been manufactured under a certified quality management system according to ISO 9001, this is exactly what the UK market needs!”Also on display on the Citysafe stand was a range of key cutting machines from Keyline in Italy. Citysafe are one of only three UK companies who sell this range and being the only one at the EXPO interest was very high indeed.
However, if you were unable to attend the MLA EXPO this year you do not have to worry as Citysafe are delighted to announce that they have now completed their move to custom built new premises in Southampton. The new building which is twice the size of their previous premises is indeed another major step forward for the Company. With a warehouse of over 800 square meters, the Company is now able to increase its UK stock holding of safes.
