Citysafe have been providing excellent service to locksmiths, architectural ironmongers and builders merchants for over 25 years and now, as part of the Dutch based Nauta Group BV, are proud to be a part of one of Europe’s leading family owned security companies.
 
Citysafe has a team of Area Sales Managers covering the UK & Ireland as well as an in-house locksmithing, safe engineering and general service department. Service is available on all locks, cylinders (including master-keying), fire & security safes and all other security related and ironmongery products.
 
Showroom
At the Company’s head office in Southampton, we have a large showroom featuring a permanent display of ECB.S certified safes, fire protection cabinets, key cutting machines and other products from the Citysafe range. Service Department
Citysafe has its own service department based at the Company’s head office in Southampton. The department is run by Steve Chaney, a locksmith with over 20 years experience. Due to the wide product offering available from Citysafe, the service we offer is also very broad. Aftercare, product maintenance, customer advice and problem solving are all undertaken by this department.
 
Master-Keying
Our service department offers a complete range of services on all types of cylinders and locks. From simply keying-alike two different cylinders or mortice locks to designing and building complex master-key systems, all this is undertaken by our experienced team. A wide of cylinders are available from major manufacturers including patented cylinder from CES.
 
Key Cutting Machines
A full service and repair facility is available on all types of key cutting machines. If you are visiting our Company we are also very happy to demonstrate our innovative and marketing leading range of key cutting machines from Keyline in Italy.
 
Additional Services
In addition to the above facilities, the Citysafe service department also undertakes all types of repair and service work on all makes of cylinder locks, mortice locks, multi-points locks, padlocks, window locks and all related security products and ironmongery.
